dot points of life:
- I am doing ballroom now XDXDXD I will be going for a street latin bronze (salsa, streetcha, merengue) in four weeks.
- I am doing a script writing course with Tee O'Neill and Ross Mueller, both MTC performed playwrights.... there's going to be homework *facepalm*
- I had a callback for Ophelia for Eagle's Nest today... my agent is directing it. *fingers crossed*
- I signed up with a modelling company for photographic work, mostly head/shoulders/face stuff. The guy made me feel... weird... but the company is legit with some high profile clients on both sides of the camera.
- I was involved in a 15/15 film festival film on Sat, which I got to name 'Bleeding Hearts'. Dea directed it and wrote the basic outline, this awesome guy Paul and I improed the dialogue and I got to meet some awesome people. For those who don't know, 15/15 is a 15 min max film shot and cut in 15 hours. This is monitored by the use of a signature object and line of dialogue which must appear in the film delivered via email at 8am.
- I swapped from Newsroom Practice at uni (which was an awesome topic with an awesome teacher, but ultimately I don't want to write hard news) to Creative Non-fiction A. There were dramas and now i'm soooo behind O_O. But i have heard so many amazing things about this topic and I think, given where and what I want to write, it will be more useful in the long run.
- I need to decide what area of my studies I want to follow up on for my work placement next semester.... GAH
- I am helping Maya (from my year at uni and the ford ad that rips off ghost) with chemistry. Brain strain! long time ago.
- I have a job interview for Target on Sat. I so don't want to go.
- I was offered a belly dancing paid performance op, which I took up, but it got cancelled :( but still, she thinks I'm good enough!
- My Aunt and Grandmother were in Melb last week. That was pretty awesome. Went to the St Kilda markets with them and my great-aunt and bought my mummy the most beautiful glass dish for her birthday. And we all hung out in town last Tuesday.
- my car broke down last week. but it's fixed now :P
- I am feeling rather overwhelmed about uni work, writings, life, jobs etc.
- I need to get a grant application in by next week for A View of Concrete.
- I am sleepy now XD
