Miyako finished the remainder of her chore with quick enthusiasm before heading into the back room to retrieve her coat and her bag. Thankfully, she had remembered an umbrella - something she knew she'd have to thank her mom for later on. She also took the time to pull out her cell phone and fire off a quick text message to Sora, letting her know she would be ready on time ( ... )

Chasing her worries away, Sora flashed a gentle smile upon seeing her friend.

'She must be tired...'
Eyeing the line up in front of the store still, the red-head observed.
It was still a sight she wasn't used to, seeing this little cornerstore so busy.

"Good afternoon, Miyako-chan."
She said her stance inviting.

As Miyako headed out the front doors, she found herself very nearly walking right into the person she was hurrying to meet up with.

"Oh!" A look of surprise was on her face, but quickly turned into an excited grin at the older red head before her. "Sora-san, you're early!"

Taking a step outside, she opened her red umbrella and joined Sora just outside. "I'm so happy to see you! I just finished, so I didn't have a chance to get changed, but.. Want to head to my place?"

For now, she was trying not to think of all of the tragedy that was clearly still going on all around them. It was exciting to have some time with one of her friends, she had been so busy for the last while.

"How have you been anyways? It's been a while, hasn't it?"
