Marsupials

I'll be withdrawing from my class this week, I really want a B or an A and I'm definitely not going to get either if I stay in, so I'll try again next semester. I'm also going for a job interview at converse labs soon. I don't know what they do there, but it's nearby and they play with chemicals, so I want in.

I have insurance now, after a long time without it and (of course) my first hospital visit in five years, which also happened to be my first overnight stay ever, which obviously couldn't have occurred while I was still covered because that would have been too cheap. So that's a plus.

I've been tremendously bored and tired. But at least it's been warm and I can get outside. I still have to do some planting for next year's garden and some other outdoor stuff.

I just ordered a large amount of brewing and distilling supplies, including a bulk package of turbo distiller's yeast, which only takes two days to digest more than thirteen pounds of sugar. I can only imagine what my room is going to smell like after that. I'll be shopping for parts to build my new still tonight. I think I'll try to make absinthe. The old still works but it can only hold small amounts of wort and I have to refill it frequently. The new one will hopefully hold a bunch more and not leak steam, and be easier to clean.

Well that's all I can think of right now. I'll be back later.
