30 Days Meme~ [Day 1 of 30]
I'm bored, and so I decided that I might as well so this 30 Days Meme~ I blame two people on my friends list. YEAH I'M TALKING TO YOU TWO, LIZZU AND ARI
ANYWAYS. I'm going to be doing this with Pokemon Special if you don't mind. <3 And I'll be leaving this open, in case I want to post it in my Blog on PC or somethin'. Also, before I start, I'm not in the mood for drawing for these, and I don't have a scanner really available (that and I'm lazy), so I'm just going to post fanart for these, kay? 1. Your Favorite Character
RED
IF ANYONE DIDN'T SEE THIS COMING, GET OFF MY FRIEND'S LIST. >:(
j/k, j/k. But really. If you didn't see this coming and you know me, then we need to definitely speak more.
Anyways, why is Red my favorite you ask? Well, other than the typical "he's hot, awesome, sexy, amazing, cute, adorable" and so on, there's a bit of a reason as to why I like Red. Red's one of your typical shonentards who can never stay out of trouble, and Red can definitely not stay out of trouble. From his time when he was eleven, he's been through Team Rocket, having had been in ice for a month, to later being petrified for several. He's strong, determined, and brave, but he's not invincible. Not only has he been petrified and frozen solid, but he has been defeated several time, having (as TV Tropes calls it) a Blue Screen of Death. However, Red wasn't in those emo times very long, which adds another reason as to why I adore the derp (characters who are constantly "emo" don't get very high on my "favorites" list.) Red also has another side of him that I like, and that's he's oblivious side. I know that sounds silly, but it makes me giggle when while he was less oblivious when he was younger (talking about Misty's Maids and everything), he seemed to had gotten more oblivious when he got older, because even though there is Yellow right under his nose, he doesn't realize how much she likes him. Another reason why I like Red is because he has a hat, and I tend to like characters with hats. XD;
But he himself isn't the only reason why he's my favorite character. His team was also another reason, as without them, Red wouldn't well... be Red at all! Let's start with Saur. Just when I saw Red with Saur I squeed, because Bulbasaur was my favorite Kanto Pokemon. What also made me happy is while most main characters have something to do with Fire or Dragons, he has the Grass type. Next is Poliwrath. Now, I didn't really like Poliwrath very much, I loved Poliwag, and so eventually Poliwrath grew on me, and I was happy that Red had Poliwag as his first ever Pokemon. Of course, Red had to get a Pikachu, because Pikachu was so popular (and to those who know that Jigglypuff is more popular in Japan, Blue has one to it's all fair). However, Red's Pikachu is better than Ash's Pikachu in multipla says, so I like him. Snorlax has always been one of my many "favorites", and so when Lax came by, I was happy, and I loved the chapter when he got 'im. Not to mention that Lax is better than Ash's Snorlax. Then we have Gyara. What I love about Gyara is that he's not your typical Gyarados. I mean, he's adorable, and he gets distracted by butterflies~ Last but not least we have Vui. Just... don't get me started on Vui (I've already rambled enough). To be short, Vui evolved into an Espeon, which is one of my top three favorite Pokemon primarily because it was the one Pokemon that got me into Drawing. So Vui was instant love like Saur.
I think I got my point as to why I like Red. XD; I can totally go even more in depth and dr;tl more, but this can really go on forever. Point it, Red is my favorite character, and always will be. :3
