i think my lip is infected. someone help, please?

i have a bubble below the back of my lip ring. it's like pink and white. i can't tell if it's a canker sore or if it's an infection. please help me! cliffs is closed today so i can't get a professional to look at it. does anyone know what this is?

i've been keeping my mouth clean and washing it with alcohol free mouthwash for the past two days but it only seems to be getting worse :(
