Happy Thanksgiving!
it is offically thanksgiving in italy now. and what would make it more complete than listening to xmas music. haha. b/c we all know that the xmas celebration starts at thanksgiving anymore. haha. but i made some brownies tonight. i had to call tanya b/c the directions on the box were in german (logical since i bought it in germany). she gave me her kick ass directions she uses. i hope i got it right, b/c we dont have measuring cups here. oh well, they smelled good. i put the pb on top and now im waiting for that to solidify a bit before i but the chocolate ontop. i might end up doing that tomorrow, even though i dont have time. i have a quiz to study for that ive totally blown off tonight for getting ready for turkeyday. im gonna have some fun tomorrow making my pie. my mom gave me her recipe for crust. i need crisco though. do they have crisco in italy? ill ask about it tomorrow. ill ask my italian teacher. haha. shell be like "creescoo?" haha. i should go to bed though, but im not tired b/c i ate some brownie batter at like 9 something at night. good job eh? oh well. in respect of kims family members sleeping in the living room im going to turn the light off and turn off the music so they can sleep. they have an early train to catch. ciao ragazzi! enjoy thanksgiving and eat some good old american food for me. esp the stuffing and greenbean cassarol. mashed potatoes is good too. and apple pie, even though nothing will ever beat my mom's apple pie. buena notte.
