This time last year I was in Tel Aviv, telling people "Boker tov, ma nishma?" in the morning. This morning my work email headlines were the same. Life is so unpredictable. One of the funniest things is that the seeds of Israeli knowledge that were planted this time last year, were watered and fertilized here in the US. 2007 was a year of learning, which came from the most unpredictable places, and I now know and understand so much more about that country than when I wrote my rosy colored posts last year. This was definitely a year of change... of pretty much everything including home, work, lifestyle, and most importantly, perspective of the things I hold dear. It was and is the kind of change I could not have imagined this time last year. What will the new year bring?
