My reading every other magazine on travelling and nature that appears here has had its effect. I am certainly not a complete bigot of nature-friendly things but I start to notice a certain itching when water is running and nobody is using it, I try to reuse some plastic packages as it takes several centuries for them to decompose in soil and it irritates me when people grab a bunch of paper towels in restrooms when they could be using just a single one to dry their hands. I mean paper is made of wood, trees and even if millions of paper sheets may be made out of a single tree it is still irresponsible to waste paper like that.
Seems that our counrty has no culture at all of sensible use of the resourses and it is a pity. All these several cars pro family, electronic supplies always on and working, computers and TV sets in every room...
I just became so conscious of these things and nobody seems to care. People are like always true to their most conspicuous quality - selfishness.
