final gravity
Well, I bottled the belgian strong ale last night. The final gravity was 1.017. The abv should be roughly 6.7%. Not bad actually.
I was a little worried about contamination because of the blood oranges, but everything seems to be ok. No off odorr/taste. It actually has a nice smooth texture/taste to it.
