ATL Airport

Well, I am hurting from my shoulders to my arms, legs, head.  Surprisingly enough my back's not bothering me.

I got to the airport via MARTA at around 6:50 yesterday evening and started installing registers in stores at just after 7PM.  I continued until about 7AM.  Took my boss around and gave her a tour of the stores that we had taken over.  Things went pretty smoothly.  There was one scanner issue that we resolved by swapping it out with a spare that we had kept with us.   I finally sat down and ate some breakfast at 8AM.  got home at just after 9AM and hit the bed.  Didn't really sleep all that well but I can't really sleep very well with it being light out.

While walking around during the tour, the boss stops in the middle of the concourse, turns to me and apologizes for the bad blood that has been going on between her and myself over the last month or so.  She asked that we start over and wipe the slate clean.  I said "We can attempt to do that"  She returned with "attempt???"  I just fell silent and kept walking.  I am thinking I was just exhausted and didn't feel up to analyzing the situation to see what the hidden, underlying purpose was.  Sorry, I just have a feeling that there is something going on below the surface that I am not yet aware of.  In addition, I am not sure why this has come up all of a sudden.  Truth be told, I was enjoying the silence between us because I was being a lot more productive.  I am not one to be micro-managed.  I know what I am supposed to do and I get it done.  I kick ass at what I do even though I have been doing it for about 10 years and the average "life expectancy" of someone in tech support is around 2 years.  I am burned out.  Have been for a while but this day and age, it's what is paying the bills until something better finally shows up.

As for installs, I am slated to go to JFK airport later in the month and do the same thing there.  Perhaps I need to hit the gym and I won't be in such crappy shape?
