I'm something like 80% certain it's him. He's uncredited, not on the imdb page or in the credits. But I swear it's Andrew Divoff in last week's episode of Burn Notice. You can watch it here and tell me if I'm crazy. He plays Ivan.
I can't decide if I'm amused or annoyed, because I've been contemplating having Michael know a grown-up army!Billy. But that's kind of a dark universe.
Anyway...I was mostly just looking for someone to tell me I'm not crazy...well, in this instance at least...
