Jabba's grossly overweight daughter Toot emails me yesterday blabbing on and on about training in mid-February in Vegas and how she will need an extra laptop if we have one and help on shipping them out. My "guidance" would be appreciated.
It's really easy sausage fingers. You take the laptops, you put them in a box with a lot of packing material. You tape the box. You FedEx the box.
Then the cunt that caused all the trouble on Monday looking for her laptop can't seem to connect to Citrix properly because of some issue with her screen resolution. Here's an idea; adjust the screen resolution. WOW! Crazy thought. Stupid people and technology don't mix. If you're too dumb to even know the basics of how a computer works, don't even go near one.
An hour and a half till bar time. And each passing hour brings more and more annoying phone calls and stupid user issues. Seriously, how many people do I have to tell how to plug in their network cables today? Haven't you been connecting to the Internet just fine the past two years?
