Stupid People With Power Tools
Since the day they moved in, the asshole neighbors on the corner have had this one massive white pine tree that was leaning at over a 30 degree angle into another massive white pine tree next to it. Every time there was a windstorm I was looking out the window just waiting for these trees to come crashing down onto his shed. At least then the poor chickens they are abusing might be able to escape.
Well, he was out there earlier with his chainsaw cutting some of the logs that the asshole tree cutters left last week on his property by the road. So, when I heard more chainsawing, I didn't think much of it. That is until we (the cats and I) felt this massive THUMP and we all jumped up and looking out the window.
This moron had cut one or both of these massive pines. I don't know exactly what happened other than both trees were now down. One on the ground, and the bigger of the two implanted into the roof/side of his shed. There are few things more dangerous than a dumb asshole that doesn't know how to use a chainsaw or cut a tree down.
Not only that, his wife and youngest kid are out there too. Standing RIGHT THERE.
And he's cutting at the bottom of the trunk, and this massive fallen tree leaning on the shed is shifting and rolling and at any second could fall in any direction and quite literally, realistically, not even unexaggeratedly, fall on any one or all of them and crush them to death.
I always thought they were dumb people, but this has cemented it to me now. This guy put his wife and kid's life in danger because he is so stupid. And she is as dumb as him for standing there!
I just hope he doesn't get chainsaw happy and start cutting more of the two dozen pines along the fence line, because some of them lean our way and he has no clue what he is doing. Watch a five minute YouTube video and you'd at least have a clue.
I'm not mad about the trees being gone. It only helps us as far as being able to grown more plants right there. And the yews and arbs that we put in that area last year will now get a ton more light. But, it's going to be a big, wide open view for a while. As much as I hated that tree half fallen over, at least it helped me to not see these absolutely unintelligent braindead idiots.
Next up, they are going to be piling all this shit onto a burn pile and lighting it ablaze. If they even can, considering it is pine and sappy and wet. But, pine burns fast when dry. And, because these are unintelligent morons, their burn pit is underneath another, living, fucking tree. They are totally going to set their property on fire. The only good thing that could come of that is if it sets their house ablaze and they have to move away. Back to whatever shithole they came from.
