They say that keeping an exercise journal helps you stay on track, so I've decided to transform my LJ into just that. I'm going to be keeping track of my exercise habits from now on. I wont bore you with a full run down of what I eat because I'm not really changing my diet. Except that I gave up soda for Lent. Other than that, I'll still enjoy my In n Out cravings.
I can't say that I'm sorry to change the subject of my entries to something so mundane, becuz this is, afterall, my journal. If you find this boring, don't read it. Becuz Lord knows that anything else I try to publish on LJ only gets me into trouble ;) I'll cancel the direct update to my Facebook, cuz that's just excessive.
So. Here's my newly thought up Exercise Regimen:
Monday: The Firm DVD
Tuesday: The Firm DVD
Wednesday: Hip Hop w/ Lisa
Thursday: The Firm DVD
Friday: The Firm DVD
Saturday: Hip Hop w/ Lisa
Sunday: PT Test
Mon-Sat also includes a set of 2 sets of 50 regular sit-ups and 2 sets of 25 side sit-ups.
If I miss an update, it probably means I didn't work out. So harp on me about that.
Umm, today's Wednesday, so I'm heading out to SMDS after work. :)
