It's the little things. But they add up. Today we had a meeting, staff meeting, it's a monthly affair. I swear this one woman is about the most obtuse creature in the world. There have been a few times when she's been obtusing about something that I had to jump out of my seat and run and solve her problem because she irritated me.

I know talking about retirement planning is complex, but how many times must the administrative director say "I can answer more specific questions in private." before she understands the sub-text of that message?!
