If you want, you can put up a listing under "Offering" and say exactly what you'd be cool with, like "20-something male in Such&such Brooklyn has space for one student/20something male only. Futon to sleep on, no bedding, bring your own sheets/sleeping bag."
I'm gonna ask my roommate if she'd be cool with us offering our couch.
