Sweet, sweet song
The show is finally over. Strike was pretty painless. Quite fun actually, thanks to the cast being stuck downstairs together. I can't say I'll miss the show pretty much at all, but I will miss performing as opposed to being backstage. But anyways...
I got offered another stage managing thing. Its for the other play of the semester, Endgame. I'm quite excited about it, it'll be the first time I've SM there. So that's two shows for April...exciting exciting.
I went on an 'audition' yesterday. I wasn't gonna go, but I decided its time to start something new. Its for a cruise ship, doing stage management and tech stuff. Contracts are for 6 months, but its sounds pretty damn awesome. The interview went really, really well. I have to type something up and send it into another guy, then just wait to hear. Could be interesting.
Starting the job search tomorrow. Excited. A few places I'm interested in, we'll see if any work out.
Continued the church run today. My grandparents are trying to do the every Sunday thing. Its actually not bad. I like the church, the people are really awesome, great music with lots of singing. Today especially, this song called I Will Sing Again...beautiful. And I got that feeling today. It was awesome. This was also the first time in a long time that I was moved to tears by something in church. Just beautiful.
This new beginning of sorts is what I need I think. My head isn't quite clear yet, but its on its way. Oh, I've also started running in the mornings. How long that will last...I have no idea. But its still great at the moment. Alright, off to spend time with the guitar. Hope everyone has a great break.
