random events
first, Mr. A-Z is awesome...better than the first CD
other than that, i have met two really cool people, completely randomly over the last week and they probably dont realize it but they both impacted me a pretty good bit. the first is an older guy i met at lunch last sunday. he is retired and divorced and was talkin about how he used to just want to die because he would sit around and be lonely all day but one day it hit him that he should make the most of his time left so now he volunteers at a retirement home helpin people who are less fortunate than him. i thought that was awesome and it hit me because i should make the most of my time too...starting now at a younger age than he did.
the other guy is a guy i work with, turns out he is an aspiring movie maker. he went to school in Cali and all that but now he is back here where home is. he has a barn he uses as a studio and is turning part of it into a resturant to fund his movies. he does horror flicks and stuff but i just thought it was cool that this guy doesnt care about anything except getting his movies made, everything he does is for his love of film, that passion he has struck me...and im invited to the premier...whenever that happens.
anyway, thats all, its just weird because im goin about my day and something so simple can occur and make you stop and think...its cool.
