Filmmaking is more of a hobby for me than a career aspiration. I mean, even if I did break into something like that, I'd shoot for small audiences, only. Limited-release and DVD sort of stuff. When you work that small, then you're positive that the few fans or supporters you may nab along the way are loyal and appreciative, to see whatever bullshit you put out there and still offer their kudos, or respect. You can't get that from working with 'the big boys', wakka-wakka.

It'd be nice to have the time and the resources to make larger film projects. If I can ever manage, then I'd love to do it. It's too difficult in my world, and always has been, what with the general lack of free time and the inconsistencies with schedules of other interested parties, and that big hump that gets in your way when you could be out and filming, but you just suddenly don't feel like it, moments before...

I still want to make the variety segment film. A feature-length sketch-type flick with contributions from other folks and all that shit.
