I've been hearing on various LJs that I follow--well two--about Bush planning to increase the wetlands by three million. On immediately hearing this, I laughed my ass off. From more detailed descriptions, it seems that this debate was more interesting than the former.

Anywho...

Does anyone know where I can watch the second presidential debate and/or get a transcript??? I'm very curious/intrigued...
