Title: Yeah, I Saw Sparks.

He saw that spark too; felt it way down deep, that time he hugged her.
And even though, much too many days of him not being Booth and her not being Bones, have passed, he can still feel the electricity of her on the pads of his fingertips.
(He can still remember that surprise exhale of air that came out, when he wrapped his arms around her too.)
He sighs.
It's things like this that definitely aren't helping.
And it's things like this that consistently remind him that life and Bones pretty much go hand in hand.

He avoids Sweets in the halls and scowls when some of his buddies ask him: is something wrong with the missus?
He's pretty sure Cam and Angela know something's up too, but they're considerate enough not to pry.
He hates this.
It's as if they've upset the ways of the world; taken away that one thing that balanced everything out and made it all okay.
And maybe that's exactly what they've done.
But really? He could care less about the rest of the world.
He just wants Bones back.
She'll make his world (and everything else) all okay again.
Are you getting tired of this, yet? 'Cause we sure aren't. :)
