Part 7.
Title: Say Something.

And every single bone in her body, wants him to be that change-inducing constant. She wants him to say her: You can change, Bones. You already have.
But then again...
A part of her just wants him to give up. To stop wasting his time with her and go find his thirtyorfortyorfiftyyears someone. Because if he doesn't, all he'll end up having, in the end, is a broken heart.
A broken heart, that as much as she wants to fix it, she just... can't.
She can't.
He wants marriage and kids. And although she isn't as adamant about those things as she once was, she can't stop herself from thinking that somehow if he gets things like that out of her, he's going to end up regretting it a little later.
He wants promises of forever and always. When the best that she can do, is tomorrow (sometimes, not even).
They are so different. They're at the two opposite ends of the colour spectrum and she really has no idea how they've let themselves fall so deep.
But they have.
She can't promise him that she'll love him when a few of his hairs turn grey, or when Parker's an adolescent teen.
All she can do, is promise him that she loves him right now.
Should she... say that?
