Excited, or Easily Irritated?
I have to make 60 tamles for my Spanish project that is due on the 19th, and this was the only weekend that I could make them.
What you guys have to understand is that everything in this damn recipe takes AT LEAST 2 hours to do. I spent 3 hours last night boiling and shreading chicken, and boiling pork, but running out the time I would need to shread it. 6 AND A HALF POUNDS OF PORK!!!!!!! I have a lot of sreading to do today. I also have to make masa, which is flour that I have to add the chicken and pork broth to and mix it together until it's like peanut butter. I have three friends coming over to help me who are my partners.
I haven't been sleeping very good lately, but I slept really well last night. I had this dream where I had the view of a camera man and these two girls would dress up like clerks in a store, and ask people if they wanted them to take their groceries out to the car for them, and then they would take off with the groceries. They got caught by the manager of this perticular store, I don't remember the name, and they ran in to the woods behind it to hide. They were followed by the cops the store manamger, and the store security gaurd all around the place, for hours, they were always running, until they found a family that was living in a camoflauge tent high above the ground near a cliff. It turned out that they had done the same thing few months ago, and had no where else to go, because they would get caught and be put in jail, so they lived in the woods to keep safe. It was very strange.
Nicole might come down to hang out with me today after I finish with the tamales. YAY! I miss her I haven't gotten to hang out with her in two months because of her grades. She brought them up so we're hanging out today. Yeah...
Alright well, I have to go make tamles. I will have plenty left if you guys want me to bring some to mom's next weekend. Love you guys with all my heart! <3<3<3<3
