WHY?!
Why cant my family be normal?
My mother has spent the past week being obsessed by a murder. A murder which occured in 1855 and may or may not have been committed by her grandad's grandad. She's been on the Times website downloading newspapers from the time and is saving them for future reference.
My brother, well i walked down the stairs this morning to find him reading a book called "George I" He's now moved off George I and onto George III because apparently we dont have the book about George II. He's wondering whether it ever got written, and if it hasnt been written is debating writing it himself.
The pair of them have discussions about wars and murders that have happened, may have happened, and could have happened if...
And i just sit in despair.
Where are the normal people?
And if anyone thinks that any of this actually sounds interesting, names and addresses on a postcard, i'd be more than willing to swap households with anyone right now.
