Seeking advice! I am in the interview stage for a few positions and am conflicted.

Job #1- a full time position with the County as an Aging Care Manager. The huge negatives in this position is completely phone based so I would be tethered to the desk all day long 8:30-4:30. Positives are that eventually I could move around to other care manager

My heart says 2 but 3 would be better for you, I think.

I agree. After my interview with #2 today, I realized I do not want to go back into doing the same exact work I did before. I want something new and flexible. If tomorrow I love the #3 job, that's where I will be.

Thanks. If I get offered #3 I am going for it. My interview with #2 went great today but I realize I don't want to do the same thing I have always done.. The money is great but I need some flexibility and not much is available at the #2 job
