Apparently, silicone-based lubes are flammable and, erm, explosive! Or, at least this video shows that one silicone-based lube is. I’m not aware whether others have been tested. [Also, the presence of the aluminum could be an accelerant to aid in reaching the flash point of the lube, causing it to go ( Read more... )

Yes, Liquid Silk. I use it as well. The only unfortunate part is the taste.

roffles! That's a lot of slick. You know you have more of it than this gay man, right? And, actually, I haven't tasted it, but it's just like a girl to not like the taste of the white stuff. ;-)

Actually, I think mine was the second from the right. The other 3 belonged to a friend of mine and her partner at the time.

It's pretty necessary for strapons, and, usually, fisting. (Though my latest ladyfriend doesn't need it. Wow.)

It was a good NYE. ;)

Ahh, gotcha. I guess things are more different than I thought. For guys, you definitely don't use Liquid Silk for fisting. ;) JLube if you can get it, and Crisco if you can't. And holywow on the latest one. Then again... I have some stories of my own.

I should have posted the uncensored version of the photograph: http://pics.livejournal.com/jix1125/pic/00006ht1/g7

That one was actually requested by a previous ladyfriend--one I was dating from about November 07 to the end of this January. She was a dirty bisexual, so she was into the peen. ;)

Haha, yeah, I can tell. Glad you censored that for my gay eyes though. ;-) I meant to say earlier that I love the Tantus toys on the left. (They're made right here in good ol' SD, CA.) And, yeah, she is a dirty bisecshul, cus that purple peen0r at least is made with phthalates - carcinogens.

That's usually a good possibility with toys, so it's a policy of mine to use condoms with them.

I knew you were smart! (I do too; also makes for easier cleanup.) The Tantus toys are all safe, though. This has been a big issue that Violet Blue has been working to have changed. Check her unsafe toys page for more info. She has a list of "responsible retailers" that she updates pretty often.
