(no subject)
deary me what an odd day. i have only just had a chance to have a cup of tea and some lunch and its what? half 5. anyway, havent updated in awhile!
i have started working at Waitrose which is actually a really good laugh. start at half 10 every saturday which isnt too bad cause i have worked out now how much i can drink the night before and what i need to eat so i dont get an evil hangover in the morning. genious! the people are really nice which is good cause i still dont really know that many people around here so its cool to meet more. should be going into town with them soon for a 'section meeting' as they call it. basically go to the pub and get trashed. and I got paid last friday :-) things are looking up on the money front for once!
I realised today that jealously is a terrible and wicked thing sometimes. Obviously everyone gets jealous at times for no reason and usually its all in their head and they realise soon after that their was no reason for it. but friday night it was quite sad to see jealously get out of hand... i would of loved to have just got them to step back to look at what they were saying and who they were hurting for absolutly no reason and ask them wether it was worth it. recently i have realised even more than before that life is bloody precious and getting upset and jealous and just plain evil without a reason or an answer is just not worth it. It was not my place to say but I hope they at least feel a little bit guilty for what they said.
anyway, besides that i have been thinking lots about what uni and course i want to do. i think i have pretty much decided i want to do "International Hospititality Management" (it sounds clever) hopefully at cardiff. it looks so nice and the course looks really interesting. its for 4 years but 1 year you go work abroad in a hotel which would be so much fun. after living here and realising how many people havent even been out of gloucestershire and have no desire to i have decided that i dont want to be like that. so if i have a degree that allows me to travel all over the world then i would be one happy bunny! i have booked myself for a visit in august to go look at cardiff and find out more about the course so that shall be exciting and scary. i really cant wait to go to uni now!
enough about my future! had a fun day, walked around in the rain with ross and played with the ducks in the park haha. off the gym now... still trying to keep the chunk down!
