Round One: Challenge Four: One Picture
I've decided to be selfish this week and have you guys icon one of my favorite Billie pics XD There is one picture behind the cut, and this is the ONLY picture you are allowed to use for this challenge. You can use whatever textures and effects you like, but there cannot be any other pictures used in your icon beyond the one I've given you. This is a chance for you guys to get clever with your coloring and your cropping, so take advantage of it. As always, if you have any questions at all, please don't hesitate to ask!

-You must be signed up for the round to participate in the challenges.
-Submit one icon only!
-All resources are allowed.
-Icons must meet LJ standards: 100x100 or less, 40KB or less.
-Icons must be NEW for this challenge. Do not use old icons.
-Do not post your icon anywhere until winners are announced, or you will be disqualified.
-No animation.
-Deadline: Sunday, August 15 at 10:00 p.m. (EST)
Your special category this week is Most Creative. You may want to consider it while making your icon, but it's not required, just if you want to try for the point in the special category.
