Catfish. Fried. With tartar sauce & hush puppies. Num!

Ummmm - not really a fruit guy that much. I guess I'll go with grapes.

I didn't.

If you define shellfish to include shrimp, I'd say about 20 years ago. Otherwise, see above.
What was the best thing your parent/s used to make?
Mom made a whole lot of good stuff, but I especially miss her mashed potatoes and her pound cake and especially her biscuits! She'd cut them out of the dough using an orange juice can she'd opened both ends of, and at the end she'd flip the oven over to broil for a couple of minutes to make them nice and brown, and even the raw dough was great! Dad used to make this grilled cheese cheeseburger in a cast iron skillet that I would give a week's pay to have one more of!

Either a PBB (Peanut Butter and Butter) sammich or homemade pimiento cheese!

I don't know what it's called, but it comes in these bars, and it's kinda brown. 8-]
How do you like your steak?
Medium Well
How do you like your burger?
Medium to Medium Well, with Mayo, Mustard, Catsup, Onion, Pickle and a slice o' cheese. I'll also accept Heinz 57 and, if I'm in the mood, lettuce.
How do you like your eggs?
Scrambled. With Catsup. Don't knock it if you haven't tried it.
How do you like your potatoes?
Fried. Not necessarily French Fried, though. I've cut out almost all FF consumption, and I have to say that for the most part, I don't miss them that much. Most fast food fries are actually kind of crappy.
How do you take your coffee?
Over to someone else. I love the smell of it, but I don't drink it.
How do you take your tea?
Unsweetened and iced up, baby!
What's your favorite mug?
I have one with a technical drawing of the TNG Enterprise.
What's your cookie of choice?
Peanut Butter or Chocolate Chip.
What's your ideal breakfast?
Mmmm let's see - biscuits, apple jelly, sausage patties, bacon, fried taters, scrambled eggs and a big old glass of milk. Then I get to take a nap until lunch.
What's your ideal sandwich?
The aformentioned PBB. Or fried bologna. Or maybe one of those Firehouse Subs New York Steamers!
What's your ideal pizza (topping and base)?
I like Italian Sausage, Pepperoni, hamburger, mushroom, onion, & green pepper. And aAs for a base - well, all your base are belong to us! (Someone set up us the gut bomb!)
What's your ideal pie (sweet or savory)?
Peanut Butter Pie. Mom had a recipe for a Pineapple Cream Pie I want to find and try,. And every Christmas, Paula's nieces make her make them a sausage quiche.

Lettuce and Bleu Cheese Dressing. Anything else is optional.

Mayonnaise (the staff of life), cheese, pickles, bologna, and a box of Diet Mountain Dews for Paula.

Ice and Ice Cream (No Sugar Added Vanilla these days).

Where do you buy most of your food?
Most Meat comes from Holloway's, a local store. Everything else is is usually purchased at Kroger's or Wal-Mart.

Couple times a week.

I dunno. Probably that can of Lobster and Pate Vienna Sausage.
What's the most expensive piece of kitchen equipment you own?
The Mixer (unless you count the dishwasher).

I think it was the deep fryer.

Not as much as I should - probably 3 or 4 times a month.

I call it the Thingy (no, really). Hamburger meat, tossed with whatever I can find. It's kinda like a sloppy joe, only sloppier.

I've had Bison meat (tasty, if a bit dry), Venison (very tough) and Alligator (A lot like chicken, ironically).
