our 1st xmas here..
My first xmas in Australia.. kinda felt sad. I miss everyone in phils. Aussies don’t do ‘noche buena’ every xmas eve so some just stayed home, some are in vacation and some went to church.
Xmas eve - we went to my tita’s house. Just gave each other presents. I got 30 dollars and food (this ‘food for the Gods’). And my tita told me that she will still get me movie passes. Yay.
Xmas day - lunch time we went to cecil hills. I got 50 dollars from my tito’s mum and dad (yay); parker mechanical pencil, this kinda expensive table lamp, this purple coloured bath set thing from I forgot who. And uhm, I think that’s it.
For dinner we went to wetherill where my dad’s relatives are. ‘ama’ to be exact. I got 50 dollars from her and a towel, another towel (a blue one with cute designs on it) with this Britney music dvd from tito someone.. a cute pink top from tita fea, a necklace from tita girlie, sumthin from tita avi. I think it’s from loreal and my mum wont let me use it coz the product would be kinda strong for me. I don’t care anyways. So yeah.
I also got a shirt which has a print on it which says ‘american idol reject’. Haha. lol. And uhm matching jeans. That’s from our relatives back in phils. We don’t even have gifts for them. Well, maybe next time.
Btw, my tita’s planning to visit us in 2006. ha. Next year!! And we’re also planning to go back to phils on 2006 to celebrate our xmas and new year. I’m so excited. It’s still a long time but.
