i love winter
i love being cold and wearing coats and drinking warm things and fires (not drinking fires...although it would be wonderful if i could swallow fire). i love that my father refuses to turn the heat on most of the time, but i admire that, just wear more clothes, not a bad thing. i like playing the piano when my fingers are numb because i have to spend about 30 minutes warming them up to the point where i can play a scale. i like sitting in my house, while patsy is reading an edith wharton classic with snow falling in the background. i like playing chess with grady while she yells curse words in a bad british accent.
i think im going to watch rashomon the first night it snows (because it definetly will) because Akira Kurosawa movies are perfect for that type of night *gradys livejournal is FANTASTIC "swift_arrow"
