Merry Christmas!
Well, Christmas was interesting. DisneyGurl and I woke up at 7 and gave our gifts for filiadealunae and Robert to them, and they also gave us our gifts. At 7:30, we left to go to my parents, we were told to get there by 8, so we made sure that we left early enough to get there by then. About 15 to 20 minutes after we got there, my brother arrived and unloaded his car of the gifts for the rest of us. About this time, FashionGirl got up and brought her gifts for us out of her room. By 8:20, we opened our gifts. At 9, we had finished opening our gifts and had started making breakfast. Mom had to leave at 9:30 to pick up my Uncle and cousins. One of my cousins got really, really good ticket for the L.A. Lakers vs. Miami Heat Basketball Game and was taking her dad, brother, and aunt (my mom). The game started at 12 and they wanted to leave early to get there early, or at least, on time. It turned out that they got to Staples Center at 11 and had an hour to wait for the game to start.
After we were done with breakfast, DisneyGurl and I went home to change and pick up the gifts we had for some friends. We went over to Katie and Drew's and exchanged gifts there first. After that we went to April's Parents' to exchange gifts with April and her husband, Dan D.
After the gift exchanging we went back home for a few hours. We left to go back to my parents about 4:45 for dinner. My brother had made dinner since Mom was at the game. He made prime rib (with a horseradish/salt crust), potatoes au gratin, asparagus, creamed spinach and bread. It was all very good.
