Euphoria.
Saima got a letter of congrats from the U.S. Consulate in New Delhi yesterday, telling her she may come get her visa.
All those months of filling out papers, filling out some more, agonizing, going back to fill out more when the above were not sufficient, waiting, crying...they are over now.
I still find it hard to believe. There are now no foreseeable legal obstacles to her coming here. All I have to do is buy the plane ticket.
