Swimming

Ok, for a person who hasn't swam for the past yr I'm pretty proud of myself. *pats self on back* Did 10 laps in a span of 1/2 hour...heh heh. That's 8 laps frog style, and 2 laps freestyle. Trying to build up stamina here. Weehee~! Saw lotsa kiddos with their floats 'prancing' around, reminded me when I was young. So much fun...I was dark, skinny, tomboy looking. Now I'm just a fat blob...sigh
Forgot sunscreen today. Muz remember next week...

Read in Cleo the idea training procedure suitable for toning up:
Warm Up: 200m easy swimming and 100m easy kicking.
Preset: 200m of freestyle. Increase your pace every 50m.
Main-set: 800m of freestyle within fixed time.
Warm(Cool?)-down: 200m easy swimmming.
This routine covers a distance of 1500m.
Cool eh, probably take me a few weeks before I can get to this though

Oh Barbie and Ken broke up. Oh just as well, it was good while it lasted. I had 4 Barbies to 1 Ken. Kinda polygamy ya? Guys always have commitment issue. And its no surprise that it happened to Ken as well.
