I didn't start 2468 today. I just wanted to fast again because I felt so much better about myself after fasting yesterday. I just kept thinking about the movie I watched on Lifetime and the runway shows and I kept telling myself that if I stopped eating for long enough I would look like that too. I know that restricting is better for my metabolism and weightloss logically, but fasting seems like it should work better so I just had to have another day of it.
Feeling even more sick...blah...so I decided to compromise and eat a little and skip the work out. But now I really feel gross because I want to work out so badly. I can't go to the gym now though b/c I told my parents I'm sick and that I couldn't eat because of it (I wish it was that kind of illness; you know, the kind where you're not hungry for a week or so? it's so nice). But I want to re-coop so I had:

TONS of water (0 cals)
2 hydroxycuts (0 cals)
1 rice cake (35 cals, 0 fat cals)
1 small green apple (50 cals?, 0 fat cals)
10 soy chips (40 cals, .8 fat cals)
1 piece of Trident (5 cals, 0 fat cals)

GRAND TOTAL= 125 cals, .8 fat cals

Shmer, I thought it would be under 100 for some reason.
It's weird how things can switch so fat. I was doing really poorly with 2468 last week and then I fasted yesterday and it all came rushing back at me. I think my conversation with my friend and the movies, etc... really triggered me. I'm going to have to start making a thinspiration scrapbook soon. I'm just scared someone will find it.

Tomorrow I start 2468 again, but I think I'll do 0246 instead this week since fasting makes me feel so good. Will it still work that way? Well, this is the plan:

Monday, March 15 = 200 cals, 117 lbs.
Tuesday, March 16 = 400 cals, 116 lbs.
Wednesday, March 17 = 600 cals, 116 lbs.
Thursday, March 18 = 0 cals, 115 lbs.
Friday, March 19 = 200 cals, 114 lbs.
Saturday, March 20 = 400 cals, 113 lbs.
Sunday, March 21 = 600 cals, 113 lbs.
Monday, March 22 = 0 cals, 112 lbs.

Does the weight thing sound reasonable or is it too fast?
I hope that's how it goes (or faster!) because 112 would be HEAVEN right now, and then I'm only 4 lbs. from 108 (my next goal) and that gives me 17 days to lose it (April 8th is my goal for weighing 108 lbs.) Oh my gosh, what if I got below 108 by then?! It would be absolutely amazing, that's what!

Okay, so since I feel good right now, here are my stats:

my only question is this: I am 17 and haven't really stopped growing yet (I hope!--height-wise I mean) so when do I take my low weight from?
I guess for this I'll use when I started ana hardcore, I was 14 then so I'm not sure if this is accurate)

Height = 5'4"
CW = 118.5 lbs. (March 14, 2004)
LW = 103 lbs. (July, 2000?)
HW = 128 lbs. (Jan 27, 2004)
STG = 112 lbs. (March 22, 2004)
next STG = 108 lbs. (April 8, 2004)
LTG = 99 lbs. (not sure yet)

sorry that all of my plans and stat's etc... are so detailed and stuff, but I just need to make columns and stuff--weird.
