...oh my god! how did that happen? when i planned it out it added up to 433! i must have forgotten to carry the one. graa, i fucked up the stupid diet again! shit! so I went 2-6...what's next? i guess i'll try to do 4 again tomorrow and then...8 on wednesday? or 6? or should I do 8 tomorrow and 2 wednesday? This sucks majorly! or i could just do 6 tomorrow as planned and 4 on wednesday...
ahh does anyone know how this 2-4-6-8 diet works? does it matter if it's not consecutive or is it okay as long as it's varied?
at least I got through the day without weighing myself...that was hard. tomorrow i'll be out all day so that should be okay, but tuesday will be insane, i need to stay at school as long as possible to paint the set so i don't come home and eat since school gets out early cuz of finals. tuesday is auditions so hopefully i can perform well on an empty stomach. maybe i wont eat all day until an hour before auditions so i get a boost of energy.
this shit is too hard to figure out. i need a meal planner.
