Flooding and more blood thinners
I was awaken at 4:00am this morning to the sound of pouring rain against the skylight above my bed, it was coming down so hard I don't know why it didn't wake Kevin.
I decided to come downstairs and take a look out the front window and saw the sidewalk was flooded up to the our lobby entrance, I went and check out the lobby and it was flooded and I'm guessing at least 2 1/2" water. I called our property management emergency number and they are sending someone out, I felt bad because there are packages that my neighbors hadn't retrieved and they were soaked.
Blood Thinner Saga:
After several visits and conversation with my doctor it turns out that Xarelto is not a drug to be used to treat me according to the makers of it. They suggested Pradaxa, well we both researched it and there were no studies done to show it effectively treats my problem and risks for bleeding on it is very high. Big Sigh!!
I guess we will have to stick with Coumadin for now and hope it keeps things under bay.
