(no subject)
Apologies to anyone who reads this for my total lack of postings recently. Bloody work IT department bocked LJ, the only highlight of my day, and now I rarely get online to read/update.
So, ho-hum, what has happenned to me of late worth documenting....
All in all a fairly miserable year. Too many friends lost, too many funeral runs to attend, too much rain...
One the bright side I have made some new friends, the bike club is going from strength to strength with some great new people, me & Duncan are still going strong and I am beginning to get used to living solo at last.
If anyone wants to catch up with me I will be doing the Ogri rally at the end of August, the Autumn NABDNess in september and, of course, the GPO in October. On a non-biker front I can't make the september "Coven" (Luton goth-club for anyone unfamiliar) due to a clash with the NABDness but will be at Octobers "Samhain special". Also planning to make the fury at the end of this month if poss.
Next weekend on saturday the 2for1 at Furzton lake is holding a family fun day in memory of Alex, a great young guy from my bike club who was killed in a crash early this year. As he worked there they are hoping to erect some sort of memorial. The Barrel bikers have a stand and there will be all sorts going on so come along and support.
Thats about it really, Tired now & going to bed.
