" I'm supposed to be
Doing my homework now
But I'm writing this instead
If mother knew I was
I think she'd have me head!"

"It's my time but I can't open my eyes
  I can't smile for the cheering crowd
  I sit and of the pounding music and wonder:
  'Has it always been this loud?'"

I turn in my mind
  Give mum a kiss, dad a thump
  I finally know it's time
  To eat these guys for lunch!"
