A word of advice

Don't rub laundry detergent into your eye. It hurts.
I'm doing laundry, so I'll have something to wear while I'm in Germany. I mean, they're fairly ok with nudity over there, but I thought I'd at least give the people on the plane a break.
The Game. Fuck. Sure, I'm working on getting it all together, but it never feels like it'll actually get done.
I wish I were a teenager again, so I could remember things. Being able to memorize a thousand verbs in an afternoon was convenient, but now my brain is mush.
On the other hand, life is fantastic. Why? I'm not sure. Partially because it has to be. I mean, I'm alive. Partially because there are so many more adventures out there for me. No matter how jaded and nihilistic I may be, novelty still lurks in unexpected places. Partially because I have friends. And friends are the closest thing to god that I actually believe in. Partially because even the suckiest parts are only parts, both in the sense that not all of life sucks at any time, and that they don't all last forever.
This post was only supposed to be a quip about my chemically burnt sclera, but I guess it ate enough time that I should go downstairs and throw my stuff in the dryer now.
