I lost half of my post. >: I was telling you how we had an open chest code today in ICU. A guy that had open heart surgery a couple days ago coughed and tore a ventricle. He started squirting blood out of his chest wound. Talk about a bad day....... I shouldn't complain...life is good for the most part.....at least I don't have blood squirting out of a chest wound. But the guy lived, Dr. Cortelli saved him. Kudos to Dr. Cortelli!!!!!I have to work again tomorrow..........
