put a button on your site, homepage, LJ profile, whatever. Every time it's viewed, it shows a different blurb of text that is censored somewhere.
It frags the searching of text by repressive gov'ts by making that bit of text prevalent on the interwebs.
Maybe not the most effective way to do it, but it's something that requires almost no time or effort on your part and gets some word out there about this type of thing.
