Spring Break!
I'm hopping down to nyc tomorrow for a crazy day of art.
1: The Whitney Biennial (Albino penguin at last!)
2: Felix Gonzales-Torres: the early years at el museo del barrio (a museum in nyc that I haven't been to!)
3: taste-testing at Visionaire (research for AI)
4: Olivo Barbieri at Brancolini Grimaldi (research for curatorship class)
5: Kara Walker (maybe, if I can fit it in)
6: Andrea Zittel (ditto)
then two openings! one night! all the white wine a girl can drink!

PS- there's a really fantastic ad in artforum of tim hawkinson's 182-ton teddy bear and I fell in love all over again-
