Is there a way to get an MP3 from my computer to my cell phone to be used as a ringtone?  It's not a smartphone, just a motorola cell phone, and it sin't also an MP3 player.  I'm not sure if it's possible or how, but any help would be greatly appreciated.

There are numerous ways but it's entirely up to the phone.

You can use either:

1. Memory card. If you can put memory card into your phone, you just need to put it on the card and insert it to your phone.

2. Cable. If it doesn't have external memory, then you need to use the data transfer cable they provided. IF there is one.

3. Infrared. You can buy infrared ports that you can connect to the PC and transfer files through it on the phone. Think wireless connection.

4. Bluetooth. Exact same method as infrared, except some PCs/lap tops have built in bluetooth or even infrared. Either ways you can buy these bluetooth ports for quite cheap.

5. If you can't connect your phone in any of the above mentioned ways, you need to find a phone that CAN accept either above and have the file sent to you through multimedia message, which costs yes but might be worth it.

I hope it helped!

You are amazing. I really appreciate all this, Zsa. I have family coming over shortly, so I'll have to check out which method will work later. Thanks so much!!!

That might be the way for me to go. Do you know if it cost to email myself the ringtone? I don't have text messaging so I'm just curious if that'll be a factor, I wouldn't think to send an email it would cost too much. Thanks Sydne!
