but its suitably rage-tastic and I liked some of the lines

Existence from the praise of the weak
Children of AIDS and poverty
Ask not for the sedation you shriek for
Grow gluttonous on this love
You do not deserve it
This voracious maw
Insert empathy here
I long for your endless self pity
Sustenance from insecurity
Welcome to real life

The quiet savior who shouts
