Thank you Goldstar Event!

Hooray, I am going to see the final performance of "Of Mice and Men" At Pasadena Playhouse :)

It wasn't even in my radar until I saw the bbw TV and learned that the setting of this production is 1950's Mexican farm labor, and suddenly my interest went up. Still it didn't seem that I could make it because it's closing on 6/8 and I won't be traveling to L.A. area before then.

Then my business trip schedule changed (there goes my chance to see "The Fix" oh well) and I picked the date for the meeting to be 6/9 (he he) so that I can see the show the night before.

I knew it has been on Goldstar, but the final performance wasn't listed yet -- until tonight. When I checked the site, Section A was offered for $25! Probably I'll be seated at row N or so, but it's okay with me. I have loads of service fee credits for Goldstar so that's nice too.

BTW, a miracle happened and my presentation session for August has changed so at least I could avoid the logistic nightmare. Still the dates for the training in San Diego are the same, so the theatre options are limited. I may end up going to Old Globe Theatre two nights in the row.
