Broadway Sacto 08/09

So we are getting Avenue Q which I didn't think would happen in Sacto (read conservative city). I was double surprised when I heard that the producers at Broadway Sacto passed on Xanadu and Spring Awakening over Ave Q (Okay, may be over SP but over Xanadu?!).

For Music Circus front, our beloved Max von Essen (NOT) will be Anthony in Sweeney Todd,

We were lucky b/c he was on Broadway last summer but not that lucky this summer I guess :(

Well, I wasn't as lucky because I did see him on Broadway. ;-) But at least he was a better Enjolras than he was Jesus.
