iTunes

I'm now starting the long process of ripping all of my singles and promos into iTunes ... quick poll of my fellow ipod / iTunes users ... ok ok, so mostly Ben ;) ... should I keep them as individual "albums" in iTunes or should I group together all the b-sides and alternate versions etc in one compilation ?

Also, should I record the title tracks even if they're the same as the album version ?
