(no subject)
woke up at about 5am this morning with my wrist REALLY hurting ... I think I've slept on it funny or something, cos I appear to have fucked one of the ligaments or tendons in my wrist, cos it hurts like hell when I try to bend my wrist so far in most directions :( owwww :( no fair!!!
might have to go an see a doc later just to check it out and see how best to treat it ... have taken ibuprofen and put a support on it for the time being ...

Had a work outing yesterday, to a local Brewery, George Gale & Co, who make HSB bitter amongst others ... quite interesting really, but not really my cup of tea cos I don't like ale! Twas quite funny hearing the tour dude slagging off lager all day though ... hehe!
After that, we had a BBQ at a fellow colleague house ... very nice too ... :)
I'm doing conference calls today, so I've booked an office for the day. I get to look important and stuff but really, it means that I can listen to cricket commentary without headphones when I'm not doing these calls! :D yay ...
