Saturdays have long been my favorite day of the week. When I was a kid it was the day you could sleep in if you wanted too(although more often than not I was awake at an ungodly hour to watch cartoons)and was the only day you were ever truly free to just be a kid. Sundays always meant getting up early to go sit in a cold dark building and get told how awful I was for 4 hours which really put a wet blanket on any fun you would have for the rest of the day.

Still as I grew older and things changed, saturdays really haven't and I thank the gods for that.
